At Jarri Booti, we stand behind every jar we sell. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@jarriboottii.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products not in original packaging
