At Jarri Boottii ("JarriBoottii Dental Care"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days from delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Because Jarri Boottii is a personal oral care product, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The product must be in the same condition you received it
- You must provide the order number or proof of purchase
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will confirm your return request within 1–2 business days and share the return instructions and address.
- Ship the item back to us by courier (return by mail).
Return shipping is free — we will arrange or reimburse the return courier cost for approved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — whichever you prefer.
- If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank, then contact us at .
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
