Thank you for shopping with Jarri Boottii. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta) and smaller towns and villages served by our courier partners.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable delivery charge is always displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order — no hidden fees.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 business day after the order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan.
  • Major cities typically receive orders in 2–3 business days; remote areas may take up to 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. If a COD order is refused or undeliverable after repeated attempts, we may require advance payment for future orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page, or message us on WhatsApp at +92 347 2122000 for a status update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before dispatch. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status.
  2. Contact us at jarribootti@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 347 2122000 with your order number.
  3. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery or accept it and contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
